This elevated home is part of Crane Hammock, a tranquil, tree-lined community with its own small beach and boat launch at the end of the street. You'll be conveniently close to a shopping center with a Publix and a Winn-Dixie, a number of great restaurants and shops, boat charters, world-class snorkeling, and the scenic shores of Sombrero Beach.
After a day spent boating or deep-sea fishing, come home to a beautiful front deck where you can sit down to a late-afternoon lunch or evening cocktails with dinner. Inside, you'll find a freshly renovated living space with soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that seem to erase the boundary between indoors and out. It's a lovely, atrium-like setting whether you're cooking in the quartz kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining at the breakfast bar or the circular table, or gathering with loved ones to stream a movie after dinner.
There are two adjoining bedrooms on the first floor and a primary sleeping space in the loft, which features its own bathroom and balcony overlooking the backyard.
THINGS TO KNOW
The two downstairs bedrooms adjoin each other. To reach the third bedroom, you must either pass through the second bedroom or access it from outside.
Parking notes: There is parking for 2-3 cars and a boat. Please keep in mind that bringing a boat/trailer will limit parking. This home is not on the water, so if you bring a boat it will have to be launched daily. There is a private boat ramp for the neighborhood down the road.
Security camera details: There are cameras pointing at the driveway only.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
