Located on the upscale Duck Key in a quiet neighborhood known as the Village in Hawks Cay, this waterfront townhouse offers the ideal restful retreat. Take in breathtaking views of the Duck Key Marina, Toms Harbor, and the Seven Mile Bridge in the distance!
Spend leisurely afternoons fishing from the shoreline, right outside your door. You'll also be able to easily access nearby fishing charters, watercraft rentals, diving and snorkeling trips, sunset cruises, Dolphin Connection, and excellent restaurants on this 568-acre island.
After a day spent on the water, you can unwind in the open living area with a sofa bed and a flatscreen TV. Whip up tasty dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. The dining table has room for four guests, while the covered back deck makes a wonderful space for alfresco meals with a water view. The outdoor table seats four.
The first bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a balcony with incredible water views, the second bedroom has a flatscreen TV, and the full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. A half-bath provides added convenience. Free WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer are provided as well.
Close to this great location, you can learn about the marine ecosystem and swim with dolphins at the Dolphin Research Center, go kayaking around Curry Hammock State Park, and enjoy fine and casual seafood dining on the island.

This two-story townhome is accessed via five steps at the entryway.
This is an individually owned villa and is not associated with Hawks Cay resort. As such, guests do not have access to any Hawks Cay resort amenities.
Certain amenities owned or operated by the resort are only available to resort guests, including the pools, beach, marketplace, and numerous restaurants and bars.
As a guest of this vacation rental, you can enjoy access to Angler & Ale, Sixty-One Prime, Dolphin Connection (with pre-purchased tickets/must purchase prior to being inside the resort), Calm Waters Spa, Duck Key Marina, and fishing charters at the Marina).

Parking notes: Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the open parking lot directly in front of the townhome. Additional guest parking is available in the parking area on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking for trailers or RVs of any kind is not permitted on-site.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
