You live 80 m from Rasjön with your own lake plot and bathing and boat jetty as well as barbecue area and fish cleaning area down by the lake. There is also a wood-burning sauna with a fantastic lake view from the sauna, which has windows facing the lake. You have a lovely glazed conservatory and a greenhouse to sit in in the evenings and enjoy. There are also several open balconies around the house. A boat, 15 feet, is included in the rent. Your holiday home has a very high standard with 3 bedrooms, one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the terrace and 2 bedrooms with single beds. There is also the possibility to use the sofa bed in the TV room if someone wishes. You have an open floorplan and the living room has a wood stove and from here you also have a fantastic lake view through the large panoramic windows. The house has smart TV, fiber and Wifi as well as a stereo system. You have a large garden with outdoor kitchen and gas grill and a jacuzzi (hybrid) for 8 people. Here you have access to electric car charger. The house has solar cells on the roof and is heated via an air source heat pump with AC and FTX ventilation. In the bathroom you have lovely floor heating. In Rasjön, you fish for perch, pike and zander, and fishing licenses are bought via ifiske.se.



Things to see and do in Månsarp and the surrounding area

The nearest shop is in Taberg 20 km and then you have Jönköping as the nearest city 36 km. Here there is shopping, restaurants, the Elmia Fair and much more to discover. Take a trip to picturesque Gränna and go over to Visingsö. In winter there are slalom slopes in both Hestra/Isaberg and Mullsjö Alpin. Store Mosse is suitable for hiking. If you want to find something to do with the children, Westernstaden High Chaparall and Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby are nice excursion destinations.
