great Mammoth Cave location

host are very friendly and helpful, great quiet location plenty of room and outdoor area, our dog loved the free open spaces and got along with the host dogs. would highly recommend for a lovely get away

Beautiful farm, sweet host family, our kids loved playing with their kids and our dog had a blast!

We are a large family with 6 kids and we also brought our 60 lbs puppy dog along for her first trip away from home. We have a small farm in Ocala so we figured from the description, we'd probably feel at home. And yes! We were all very comfortable and when we weren't hiking or at Mammoth Cave, we enjoyed playing basketball with their kids and they also have a fun playset over the creek the little ones loved. We asked if they would let our puppy out some while we were at Mammoth Cave. They played with her and took great care of her. Tracy and her family made sure our stay was perfect! We look forward to coming back to visit on our next trip to the area.

A nice trip

We enjoyed our stay here. The host family all were very nice, helpful, and let us do our own thing. The property is beautiful and my kids loved seeing all the animals and spending time in the pool. The main issue I had was a lack of a way to secure our portion of the house with a lock. The family there was nice but they are still strangers and i would sleep better knowing they could not just walk in at night if they chose to. I also was disappointed the tv was not smart so the only tv option was dish.

Wonderful stay on the farm!

We had a wonderful stay on this property. It is off the beaten path, so to speak, and definitely gives you a southern country feel as you drive in and out each day. The host family was so accommodating, even helping us fill in where we were missing some necessities. The room was clean and functional. We got to know the hosts, and it felt a lot like we were visiting family. Our kids loved the playhouse and all the animals (horses, rabbits, Guinea pigs, and lots of dogs)! We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Unique and very comfortable!

Property was spotless and provided every possible amenity. Tracy was a wealth of information and readily available and responsive to anything we needed. Location was very close to the caves. Unfortunately the river was too low for the ferry to run, but Tracy was quick to provide alternate directions. We had a wonderful trip!

Fantastic

The homeowners were absolutely fantastic! There kids were absolutely sweet & my daughter had a blast playing with them. This is the most furnished place I’ve ever stayed! They go above and beyond anything I could have expected.

the location was so beautiful and relaxing. The owners are really kind and friendly. Everything was beyond our expectations and being able to bring our dogs was just a bonus!!! Our dogs had as much fun as us!! SUPER Place to stay.

Beautiful property!

We spent a couple of nights in the beautiful country setting and loved every moment. Our kids played in the pool and enjoyed the yard which included a great playground! Mammoth Cave was a quick and scenic drive away. The kids favorite part of the drive was the ferry across Green River. The host was so sweet and accommodating. Beautiful home and beautiful family!

Mammoth Cave Apartment

I had a great experience. Although there is some shared living space, Tracy and her family are excellent hosts, friendly but also respectful of one’s privacy. And the farm was beautiful! I would definitely stay again. Comfortable accommodations in an area of great scenic beauty with great hosts. While in the area I checked out the cave on a tour, rode my bicycle on the Mammoth Cave Railroad Trail, and had the best BBQ I’ve ever had from Walden’s! Wonderful stay:)

Great Place to Stay!

The charm of this property and the hospitality of the owner and family helped make this trip extra special. We enjoyed visiting with the family and loved the animals. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We hope to visit again in the future and would highly recommend to all who are planning to go to the area.

Perfect stay

Great super responsive host with a lot of extra help. Lot of extra touches and huge property our kids enjoyed exploring as well as getting to know the friendly dogs and kids on the property. Perfect location to get to park easily across ferry.
