« Bathroom had no shower soap and tiles were broken and off wall with no place to put your toiletries. Fridge was cool not cold. Had to put bags of ice to cool items Bed uncomfortable and pillows were bad. Heating unit was old and working loudly. Hot tn broken. Needs a facelift for sure Was clean tho »

« At first glance, the room seemed fine, but it quickly became clear that it had not been properly cleaned. I found a used baby rag left behind the chair and blood drops on our bedding…completely unacceptable and honestly disturbing. Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this fell far below that standard. I reported the issue to the front desk immediately. I was given new bedding and changed it myself. I wad told that photos had been taken and sent to management, and that I would hear back...
