« The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was great with selections, like fruit and vegetable smoothies, fresh fruit platter and charcuterie, you don't normally see at other hotels offering breakfast. They have a game room with a pickle ball court, corn hole, chess board and tic tac toe game which was fun. They have their own bar downstairs. Our TV did not work for 3 days. The first night the manager tried to get it to connect to no avail and we were told the connections...

« The Trail Hotel is a beautiful property with so much character and potential! You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and amenities, but unfortunately, the guest experience didn’t quite match. Our biggest disappointment was the lack of communication. Nothing was explained at check-in regarding the guest shuttle, Speakeasy, or Bourbon Room. We had to seek out staff just to understand how things worked. The Bourbon Room was especially confusing. We expected a unique bourbon...
