« The entire hotel is under renovation. The rooms were disgusting. The parking lot was full of old mattresses and old furniture. There was furniture sitting out through out the hotel. Do NOT stay here! All other hotels were booked, so were were forced to sleep here. It was absolutely terrible! Beware! The pictures of the rooms on the website is a complete scam! »

« Very clean and new but we cut our stay short because the pillows were so tiny and not comfy and the kitchen was poorly equipped. There were only 2 each of bowls, plates, spoons, forks etc. The dishwasher and fridge were full size, but we would have to run the dishwasher after every snack or meal. They provided dishwasher tablets and no dish soap so handwashing a couple of items wasn’t possible. There were apsi only 3 towels provided for our king room with a 3 night stay for 2 guests. It’s...

« The hotel was nice. The staff were very nice and helpful. However, I drove an hour out of the way to have a hot tub and when I got to the pool area the hot tub was broken. The front desk didn’t notify me of this even though I specifically mentioned during checkout that I was heading to the hot tub immediately. Once I got to the pool area and found the hot tub not working I called the front desk I was told there was a maintenance man coming to fix it. I waited hopefully for quite a...
