Un petit bémol
Petit déjeuner diversifié, chambre grande, personnel courtois et professionnel pour l'accueil et le roomservice. L'inconvénient la chambre donne sur le système de climatisation de tout le bâtiment. Donc un trop bruyante.

Le rapport qualité prix n'est vraiment pas au rendez vous . Pas digne d'un 5 etoiles Après plusieurs relance pour changement de chambre et intervention d'un technicien concernant les Wc hors service de la chambre ainsi que l'odeur de l'humidité persistante, nous n'avons pas eu de suite a nos demandes. Les Wc ont fini par fonctionner le dernier jour , peut-être que les agents d'entretien ont réussi a faire revenir l'eau en notre absence. Nous avons dû effectuer nos besoins a la salle de sport et a la mosquée en attendant les reparations. Jai appeler 3 fois la reception , comme je ne comprenais pas l'arabe, elles me raccrochaient au nez. Le service est a revoir , je penses que nous etions des clients trop gentils . Le petit déjeuner etait tout de même varié et bon.

Nous avons passé un séjour de 20 jours et tout s'est très bien passé. La chambre est spacieuse et le personnel disponible, le room service était assuré par SAGHEER Khan qui a été très souriant et à l'écoute durant tout notre séjour, mais aussi MANZOUR Khan, IRFAN Muhammed et ARAB Ali. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Grâce aux personnels de l'hôtel cités plus haut nous avons passé un agréable séjour, dans une ambiance très chaleureuse et familial !

Amazing location and services. Staff at reception were fantastic and realised how tired I was and I cheekily requested a room with a view and was upgraded. The room was amazing with partial kaabah view Spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled. Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah. Definately worth the extra cash

My reservation was for a partial Kaba view room . But the room I got had no Kaba view at all. I had reached out to the staff at the reception many times but they could not give me another room with the view. Very disappointing.

Great Location Hotel
The hotel is located in very close proximity to the haram, and easy access to the mall. The rooms need renovation, as they are dispalying alot of wear and tear, but the beds are very comfortable. The Kabba view from our room was a highlight. The staff across the hotel were helpful, attentive and very professional. The breakfast and dinner buffets are great, and although they are not as huge as some of the other hotels around, the choice of food is spot on and delicious. The terrace dining was beautiful overlooking the haram, highly recommend :)

Perfect location, great view and great service
As the title indicates, we had a great time. We came for an umrah and it was absolutely perfect for that, since it's so close to the Masjid al-Haram, also as an added bonus, you even get the audio from the Masjid al-Haram inside your room during prayer. My only "complaint" would be that the shower had a separate hot and cold dial, I've never experienced that in a 5 star hotel before, but other than that, it was all good. I'd like to especially compliment the staff on two separate occasions: 1. Our Uber driver didn't know the way and ended up taking us on a long detour, when we finally arrived, he wanted extra payment for wasting our time (which we were not keen on of course) and was so insisting that he followed us all the way to the reception and kept bugging us, but after a quick talk with the staff about how we had tried to compromise with the guy (by paying 2x the initially agreed amount (while he insisted on 6x)), they handled the guy nicely and made sure he left in an orderly manner without creating a scene. 2. Our plans changed a bit on the last day which meant that we needed more time before checkout, so I talked to the reception and unfortunately extending the room was not an option since it was already booked, but, since they were arriving a bit later, they offered to extend our checkout by 90 minutes (free of charge) and that really saved our day. So yeah, definitely would recommended and have to say the breakfast buffet was really nice too ;D.

Excellent staff! The front desk and housekeeping staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Abdul Azeez from the front desk, who walked me through multiple floors to find my mom, who got lost in the elevator. While walking with me, he called the video team and staff on each floor to locate her in a 30-story building in a very short time. Another person I have to appreciate is the hospitality person, Ahmed Husain. He welcomed us with a smiling face, was very friendly, and performed housekeeping very efficiently, providing enough towels and coffee items. Before we left, he made sure we were fully satisfied with our stay and encouraged us to contact him for any additional requirements. There are many other positive experiences with the staff. I've stayed in multiple hotels in Clock Tower, and without a doubt, I can say this is the best.

Fantastic place
The place is literally in Masjid al haram. The staffs are very respectful and cordial, and especially very well versed in English which helps greatly in communication. Breakfast is fantastic. Clean and cozy place. Very modern and close to everything. Highly recommend!

The property was not clean, the cleaners did their best to clean but the linenes and pillows were beyond a disaster. I had to request the room to be vaccumed when i arrived , it was very dirty and the beds did not have fresh linens . The hotel is deignated non-smoking but the odor of smokers was very apparent in the rooms. Had to change rooms twice to find a clean one and that was a disaster The ventillation is soooo bad that I had to walk out in the middle of the night a couple of times to get fresh air The overall hotel hygiene needs re-vamping as i do not recommend anuone to stay there in the state it is in now The breakfast bar had good food but the staff need to control hiw low hygiene individuals behave around the food bar …. The behaviour is disgusting!!!! Face masks and plastic gloves shiuld be worn by all patrons to limit ill behaviour and protect others ftom getting their germs The staff were cordial but that by itself does not make a good stay Do Not Book it !!!!

The Saudi staff at the front desk are excellent and very curtious, the cleaniing staff are also very curtious but only if they know how to communicate…. There is a big language barrier and the staff seem raw at customer service … they lack proper training. The towels and specifically the linens and bed pillows were not clean even when they changed them the exchange were also not clean …. So so grose to sleep with n someonle else’s stincky sweat and ofor … uuugh Its a non smoking hotel but i could smell the stincky smoke odor while i was in my room and that irritated my lungs as I have allergies The food bar is amazing but the guests that don’t have good hygiene made it grose - licking of the fingers while serving their food , sneezing while standing at the food bar without covering or blowing their nose while getting their food —— so so grose …And the staff do not mention anything —- very bad hygiene place …. I was happy to leave !!!! And will never again book at this location

The girl at the checkin provided excellent service with an upgrade. Mr. Asif Khan the Concierge Manager at the Hotel was very helpful during checkout and getting the Taxi I wanted.

Close to Haram
Great location within the mall steps to the Haram. Great food and service. Nreakfast was great. The washroom layout made it difficult to shower and use toilet with both too close to each other in both the rooms we booked. Otherwise great for families.
