Upon arrival, you’ll have access to the 2-car garage with an EV charger. You can also park horizontally in front of the garage.The garage includes a door with direct access into the home for added convenience. The main entrance opens to a stairway landing and leads directly to the multiuse workspace and fourth murphy queen bed. This entry level also includes the first bathroom, as well as the laundry area with a washer and dryer. The second floor features the main bedroom level, while the top floor hosts the bright family room, dining area, and kitchen with an ocean-view balcony.
Bedrooms & Living Spaces:
The mid-level features three bedrooms, including a master suite with a California King bed, private patio with infrared sauna, and spa-like bathroom. Additional bedrooms include a Queen bed with balcony swing chair, a Full bed connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath. The top level offers an expansive open-concept living area, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen with balcony views of the Pacific.

Check-In Process: Guests are asked to complete our company’s check-in forms before arrival to ensure a smooth, secure process. We work with a trusted third-party insurance provider for property coverage and optional guest screening.

Guest Policy: Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No additional visitors allowed.
Non-Smoking Property: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors, on balconies, and patios.
No Pets Allowed: To maintain the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort for all guests, pets are not permitted.
Checkout: Please adhere to the designated checkout time to avoid additional fees. Late checkouts must be pre-approved.
Reviews & Compliance: Guests who disregard house rules, cancellation policies, or checkout times may forfeit the opportunity to leave a public review.
Booking Policies:
No pets are allowed: We maintain a pet-free environment to ensure the home stays allergy-friendly and in top condition for all guests.
Review Requirement: Reservations from guests with limited reviews or ratings below 5 stars are subject to host approval.
Long-Term Stays:
For reservations longer than 30 days, a monthly cleaning service is required at $500 per month. For stays over 30 days, the checkout deep cleaning fee is $1,000.
