Welcome to my home! I am delighted to open my home to Airbnb explorers and travellers. This modern two bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your trip to London.
The flat is located about 5 minutes walk from Farringdon Station and 15 mins walk to King's Cross. The location is perfect if you want to access the "City of London", or want to explore the rest of London as you have access to 3 tube stations all close by. Buses from outside the flat will take you straight to Holborn and Piccadilly Circus in 15 mins.
The flat is modern, newly built and very bright thanks to the floor to ceiling windows spanning one wall of the living room. Enjoy the fabulous views across London from this top floor flat. There is a sofabed in the living room which is perfect for one adult or 2 children.
The flat has high quality fittings - a top of the range kitchen and bathroom making it quite a luxurious place to stay! There is an elevator to take you up to the flat so you won't be dragging your things up the stairs :)
Both bedrooms have comfortable real double beds and come with luxury linen. There are also fans installed in both bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you need including microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and sufficient pans and pots if you want to cook a light meal.
The flat also has an iron, ironing board, washer/dryer.

The closest tube station by foot is Farringdon (5 min walk) which has direct airport connections to London Gatwick (45 mins) and London Luton (30 mins) via the Thameslink overground train. It is also on the Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City and Circle underground lines to take you around Central London.
If you are coming from Heathrow, then take the Heathrow Express to Paddington station and then one of the Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City or Circle lines to Farringdon which is a short walk from the flat (45 mins total journey).
Kings Cross (15 min walk) gives you access to 6 tube lines here including the Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria lines to access the West End of London easily. The entire apartment is available for my guests.
Other things to note
Only one set of keys is given to guests upon check-in.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property.
A penalty fare of £150 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
