The manager, Muhammad, and the owner, Shaileen, couldn't possibly be more responsive, and helpful. It had been an incredibly long day for us by the time we reached the hotel/apartment. Shaileen helped us pick our choice of unit that fit our needs (we picked the "underground"/walk-down unit which has two bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. You're paying for the location here. Within walking distance of two underground stations, and Kensington Gardens; and not far from Paddington Station, the location is great. There's a pub across the street and lots of dining options a short walk away. We were with three little ones and everything was super accessible. You can add cleaning service for 15 pounds a day. The unit was clean, with lots of storage space. Included a washer/dishwasher, stove, microwave and other kitchen appliances. The kitchen is small, but functional. We mostly got takeout. You'll need to take your own toiletries. If you don't travel with them, there's a Sainsbury Local grocery chain close by where you can stock up. Shaileen made a list of places for us to explore. Muhammad responded each time I texted him with a question or request. They truly couldn't have been more hospitable. Highly recommend!
