« This property is wonderful. It is close to the beach and everything is there that you need. You can always get ahold of the owner if you ever need anyrhing. We have stayed there the last 2 years and the place is always so clean when we arrive. I highly recommend this place. »

« I actually dont want to tell you how convenient, quaint, quiet, and cozy it was... I'd rather it be available for my next getaway, lol. Beach access was right across the street. Path to the dock, lead right to it. Beautiful Bayview. Super quiet and very relaxing. »

« Everything about this place was just perfect! The location is brilliant, close to the hustle of Englewood beach and a skip from the nature/splendor of Stump Pass, with bikes SUPs and kyacks to get you from one spot to another. The home owners were exceptionally responsive and the space was so thoughtfully equipped from beach gear to the finer details like travel size shampoos and extras. Most impressive to the foodie-the kitchen utilities were top notch, knives were sharp, quality pots and pans...

« This place was just what we needed to relax and unwind. We had breakfast on the porch every morning and drinks in the evenings as we watched the sun go down. Moochie came to visit a couple of times. We also saw him on the beach hanging out with the fishermen. The water was warm and perfect for swimming. There was a light breeze making it just right to sit on the beach and soak in the sun. We also took advantage of the provided information and supplies and tried our hand at shark tooth...

« The property was absolutely perfect for our trip. We were in town for a two day tarpon fishing trip down road in Boca Grande. Little house with 3 bedrooms located almost in the middle of island between beach and bay. 2 min walk to each. Very clean , and comfy. Parking was tight but no big deal. Highly recommend if you need an affordable place and you don’t have to be on beach or bay front. »

« I wanted to surprise my mom with a getaway. She loves the ocean and we wanted a special family vacation that everyone could enjoy. This cottage was perfect! The place is so cozy and comfortable. Not to mention the amazing ocean view and sunsets. The host thought of everything, and was really communicative to make sure we had all we needed. Highly recommend! A wonderful location. »

« I cannot say enough about this stay. Hands down the most beautiful property we've ever stayed at. We boated in, and a seamless experience tying up & "moving in". Nicole thought of absolutely everything we might need - towels, toiletries, snacks, coffee - so amazing. Great beds, great linens, spices,dishes - she has you covered. « The room was wonderful, beautiful views of the bay and beach. However the floors were filthy. Management needs to hire a tile cleaning company to professionally clean the floors. The dust mop method used by the hotel staff does not work. If you walk aroung barefooted in the room your feet WILL become black. »
