"I can't say enough great things about this house. The location was awesome. A very short walk to the beach, a bit longer of a walker to the dock (but it's really close too, especially if you have a golf cart). The dock is a shared dock. We shared with two other boats while there. It wasn't a problem. I only point it out because me telling the golf cart rental company that it was a "private dock" caused some confusion. The outdoor shower was awesome. We got home last Friday. We're almost done building our own outdoor shower at home. That's how much we loved it. The house was stocked with everything we needed AND MORE! The only negative thing I can say is that the master bed was very noisy although still comfortable. There was a box for a bed frame there though. So, I'm assuming it's being replaced with something quieter. The house is beginning to have some updates done (bathrooms have been redone and some fresh paint elsewhere), but what's not been updated was no problem at all. Everything was spacious and clean. Random bonus here: We did not lock the doors a single time during our week. That was such a pleasant, little surprise. As a kid, we never locked our doors at home. We do now. Being able to feel so safe and relaxed to not need a locked door was awesome. We had no issues whatsoever and John was a wonderful host. We truly enjoyed our stay here. We'll def be back!"
