Hannah, Nadege, and Diane did everything they could to assist this miserable stay ... they are the only ones who get a massive that you. NOTHING this hotel advertised was provided. No WiFi. No real AC, it was a continuous DAILY struggle as the AC would come on got a few minutes and then shut off. Even at night the room temp never dropped below 24 degrees.No water for shower, the water pressure had to be reset hourly by hotel staff, and you must walk downstairs and ask them to reset, otherwise you have no water for shower or toilet. Phones I. The room didn’t work, the were VOIP phones and required internet, which you don’t have. The Lift doesn’t work, so you carry your luggage up the stairs. No bottled water in the room, you have to go downstairs ask ask fir water and then they you about 6 the price that you pay at a market. There is no swimming pool or beach access.
Summary: no lift, no WiFi, no AC, no water, no phone, no real room service. You can tell staff what you want and when you want it delivered, but it shows up about an hour late and the food is cold by the time you get it. Also, there is no menu. The staff will tell you the few items: steak, chicken, pork, fish with French Fries or mixed vegetables. The steak is small.
To communicate with hotel staff you must have a SIMM card in your cell phone that has data, and send a WhatsApp message to the staff. They may not see your for hours, so the reality is you must walk downstairs to get anything you need.
