« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« The place has so much recreation gear for the guests to enjoy. Love the decor and the comfy furniture. The local rep was extremely helpful. Only thing that needs to be updated is the pool key code
 we wrote it on the whiteboard for the next guest. Unfortunately the fan in the living room does not work but we came during a windy time so the cool air flowed in nicely in the unit. »

« First of all, my husband and I have stayed in at least a dozen different units at Napili Shores over the past 20 years. We are huge fans of this resort and do not stay anywhere else on Maui. This unit was the most modern and upgraded by far. The furnishings, decorations, bathroom, etc. were all very comfortable and nice, and we greatly appreciated the chairs, coolers, and beach umbrella to use. The view of Napili Bay and out to the ocean was amazing. We could watch whales breaching right...

"Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre dĂ©ception concernant notre rĂ©cent sĂ©jour dans votre Ă©tablissement. Tout d’abord, Ă©tant membre Gold, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de constater que des frais supplĂ©mentaires nous ont Ă©tĂ© facturĂ©s, dĂ©passant le montant normalement dĂ» pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblĂ© incohĂ©rente avec le statut et les avantages associĂ©s. De plus, durant notre sĂ©jour, il y a eu un dĂ©gĂąt d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nĂŽtre. Nous avons dĂ» gĂ©rer et nettoyer la situation nous-mĂȘmes, ce qui a grandement affectĂ© notre expĂ©rience. Nous avions Ă©galement mentionnĂ© que ce sĂ©jour marquait notre 15e anniversaire. Malheureusement, aucune attention particuliĂšre ni geste de reconnaissance n’a Ă©tĂ© offert, ce qui a Ă©tĂ© dĂ©cevant compte tenu de l’occasion. Finalement, lors de notre repas au restaurant de l’hĂŽtel, l’entrĂ©e et le plat principal ont Ă©tĂ© servis en mĂȘme temps, et les deux Ă©taient froids. Cette expĂ©rience ne correspond pas au niveau de service attendu dans un Ă©tablissement de votre catĂ©gorie. Nous souhaitions vous partager ces Ă©lĂ©ments afin que vous puissiez en prendre connaissance et amĂ©liorer l’expĂ©rience client. Nous espĂ©rons qu’un suivi pourra ĂȘtre fait concernant cette situation."
