« Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out. »

« We loved the unit. It's comfortable and quiet Loved hearing the ocean especially at night. The parking was great and laundry facilities were easy to use. On the down side the unit could have been just a bit cleaner. However, the AC in the bedroom is useless. The bedroom was just too Hot!
