This was a smaller resort with just the right amount of ammenities ... small grocery store 1/2 mile down the road, several nice local resturants, coffee shop, places to rent equipent if needed, and a very short walk to Napili Bay, 2 pools and hot tub. Loved it! »

« First of all, Epic Realty was great to work with. They were responsive to any issue we had. The property at the Royal Kahana is a nice property but had an unfortunate incident while we were there. There was a power outage in West Maui that lasted for about 24 hours. After the outage, the property only had one elevator working and no hot water. The issue was getting someone to repair the elevators and hot water. On a positive note, the view from our room was outstanding. »

« The resort didn’t exactly wow me, but this was one of the best units in the condo-style setup. Loved the proximity to the beach (literally 90 second walk), which meant soothing wave noises at night and easy beach hangs. It was clean, the kitchen had lots of dishware and cutlery, and easy to get into and out of. »

« The pool was great. The condo was terrible, dead gnats sprayed to the wall, cockroaches infested in kitchen. Company obviously knew about the pest problem, as they had sprayed bugs and not cleaned up. There is 3 or 4 pest deterrents plugged in throughout, as well as many, many cockroach traps in cupboards, under cabinets and even on back of toilet. We left after contacting both rental company and VRBO. neither was very helpful in resolving issues or making refunds easy. »
