« It took a bit to find our unit, but we reached out to Crystal through text a.d get help. In addition, a coupled of "residents" help find out unit. Key lockbox was a bit tricky. Upon entering unit was Clean, updated,and had all we needed for the trip. We really just had to pack our clothes! 3rd night into our trip we had a broken garbage disposal and closet door, But we contacted Crystal via text and it was replaced/repaired next day while we were out. « We really enjoyed our stay at this condo and found it to be comfortable and well-kept. We do have a couple of suggestions that could make the space even better for future guests.First, placing the TV on a swivel mount would allow it to be viewed from the bed, which would add extra comfort and flexibility. « The location was perfect. The resort had fun things to do but we were sad the pickleball was not available. Also had a problem with one of the chairs at the kitchen table. The seat was broken and had a large nail sticking out of the seat. Reached out to the owners but didn’t hear back right away. Thankful our daughter was not seriously hurt.Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. »
