« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« Very clean room, and the property team communicated well. The door lock wasn’t working at first, but they replaced the battery quickly, and they also fixed the cabinet lighting. The location is great with shops nearby, plus easy access to the beach. The pools and hot tub were also very enjoyable.The only downside was that several additional fees and charges weren’t clearly reflected in the advertised rate. parking and gym access were not included, which made the overall cost higher than...

« Great location, amazing view from our room. It has a hot top and 2 pools, one of which has ocean views and has a pool bar. restaurant located on site, the staff of the resort are constantly cleaning and making the experience memorable. Lots of markets nearby, food truck market right next door, and a grocery store right next door. Even during a tropical storm the staff was outside in the slower rain cleaning up. Being a private unit at a hotel resort, the hotel staff seemed hesitant to help out...

« Our reservation was for "Garden/Island View" but we actually had a beautiful partial view of the ocean! The resort was clean, not crowded (despite the parking garage being very full at night) and the employees were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the North pool and hot-tub daily and the easy beach access is a huge plus. We never had trouble finding pool lounge chairs any time we went. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing - we saw a sea turtle each time we went out. The rooms were...
