La maison se trouve sur un grand terrain avec beaucoup de stationnement. Maison de vacances familiale privée depuis 50 ans aux mêmes propriétaires. Pont enveloppant. Tout clôturé et fermé. Grande maison sur 2 niveaux. Chauffage central et air. TV grand écran avec Directv, WiFi. Situé dans la forêt nationale de Shasta-Trinity, offrant de grandes activités telles que la navigation de plaisance, le wakeboard, le ski nautique et le jet ski, la natation, la randonnée, le vélo, la pêche ou la détente. Le barrage de Shasta et toutes ses merveilles sont à 15 minutes en bateau ou 20 minutes en voiture. Les cavernes Shasta sont accessibles par bateau. Dog Creek et la rivière Sacramento sont parfaits pour le rafting ou l'orpaillage avec ses plages de sable fin et ses eaux claires. Les maisons au bord de l'eau du lac Shasta sont l'endroit idéal pour passer les étés chauds. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est d'un grand chapeau, d'un écran solaire et d'un maillot de bain. Profitez de superbes vacances, comme nous l'avons depuis plus de 50 ans.

Great in all advertised ways, I definitely recommend staying here while visiting Shasta lake. My only complaints are: - some trash was left in a dresser drawer that should have been checked and cleaned out before we arrived- there's a single step on the deck that's easy to miss (we had one fall, but she's ok). Some caution tape or signage would be nice.

Lonnie was on top of everything—super communicative and made sure our questions (and pet fees) didn’t get lost in the void. The house was clean and comfy. Outside, it was basically a bee convention—but hey, they mostly kept to themselves, and we respected their right to pollinate in peace. Overall, a pleasant and buzz-worthy stay!

Home was very clean and much nicer than the pictures show. Exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was amazingly stocked. We cook a lot and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our party of 9 with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and great room with queen bunks for the kids. Home well maintained with amazing views from the decks. Lots of outdoor seating and tables. Large fenced yard in quiet neighborhood. Could hear the train but didn’t bother us. August so lake was down but the guys able to hike down the steep incline and fish. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the pool table and darts. Owner was very communicative. Highly recommend and we’ll be back.

House was very spacious and clean. The view of the lake was amazing from the deck! Kitchen had all the supplies and appliances you could ask for; regular and Keurig coffee makers, crockpot, blender, toaster, microwave, plastic bags, foil, spices, lots of silverware and dishes. Master bathroom had the largest shower. Both stories of the house and the pool were accessible without using the stairs. We would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend!

WoWZA! Beautiful home on the lake!

Open airy home with A/C and plenty of beds for 14 adults and children. Great location on a back bay just above Tsasdi’s. Two mile drive to the market and 3 miles to the public launch ramp. Very clean and comfortable! Includes a pool, spa, grill, pool table and easy walking to the lakeshore. Great communication with the owners and very accommodating. Paddle boarding and fishing in the bay was so peaceful. We’ll definitely return next year.

Family Weekend

This place was perfect for our family weekend. We had a group of 10 adults and 5 babies from 2months to 4 years old. Lonnie and Linda are amazing and very helpful. we loved the house set up and made good use of the pool and hot tub. The water was high in the lake, so it was perfect for our kayaks and small boat. We will be back for sure.

Nice stay at a beautiful property

The house is right on a cove of Lake Shasta. Beautiful views of the bridge reflecting in the water. We stayed three nights. We had a two year old with us and the listing said there was a travel crib. We couldn't find one and the owner delivered one to us that evening along with some nice bar soap. Beds were comfy and the sheets nice and soft. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub were both used and enjoyed. BBQ too.

Lake Front Gem

My family and I stayed for about a week and enjoyed this hidden gem. We span from ages 3-60. This property provided something for everyone to enjoy. There was plenty of parking on the premises and the grocery store was a quick 2 minute drive away. The house was extremely clean, communication was smooth, and the lake front access was spectacular. There is nothing like enjoying the hot tub with a lake front view. We all agreed that we would happily book this property again.

BEST RENTAL HOME ON LAKE SHASTA!

This home has everything – beautiful location with easy accessibility to the lake, very clean with lots of room, well-stocked kitchen, more than enough towels and bedding, comfortable beds, views from nearly every room and much more! Also, enough room to seat large groups for meals as there are two large dining tables. It is a very quiet location, and we especially enjoyed sipping our morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the lake. Lonnie and Linda (the hosts) are very friendly and accommodating. It was fun speaking with them as they are a multi-generation family who have been in the area for a lifetime. Thank you, Lonnie and Linda, for opening up your home to us! P.S. If you enjoy fun funky restaurants with good food and friendly people, we recommend Klub Klondike.

Incredible Stay!

Had an incredible time in this lakeside home! In my opinion, the place looks better than the pictures portray. - Three bathrooms helped 11 of us get ready quickly. - Kitchen was well equipped. - Sleeping arrangements/rooms were perfect. - Hot tub was great. - Pool was nice. - Ability to paddle board via the backyard was the best. - Location is perfect. Last but not least, Lonnie was/is an incredible communicator. It's unfortunate we didn't get to meet in person - but I'm hoping we can meet the next time we come to Shasta and hopefully rent this home again!

Lake House That Has it All!

We spent 4 days at this Amazing home with 2 families! There were 10 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out, we’re never bored with every amenity you could think of, pool, hot tub, corn hole, horse shoes, dart board, pool table, BBQ and more. The kitchen it stocked with anything you might need! Lonnie was always responsive and a great host! We are already planning our trip next summer with our boats!

Wonderful stay in Shasta

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. This vacation home is one of the most well equip and beautiful homes my family has ever stayed. The rooms were very nice. The pool is very large with a nice deep end to it. The hot tub is great. The outdoor grill was huge and worked amazing. The seating outside on patio was very nice as we spent most of the time outside, it was nice to have so much seating. The area was so quiet and peaceful. The lake had dropped significantly when arrive, but were still able to make quick hike down to it from the backyard gate and enjoy the lake. There is a place close by to rent jetskis or boats. we brought lots for floats and rafts to use in the lake. There is a small grocery store near the place that has nearly everything you need, but it's a bit pricey. We drove to Redding (25 min) to go do large grocery shopping. The owner Lonnie was great and very helpful. This is the perfect place to have large family or friend getaway.

Grandma's 80th birthday

We were celebrating my mom's 80th we brought the boat skis even were able to bring our four-legged friends Loved every minute of it the pool was fabulous along with the jacuzzi The view is awesome can't wait till next year

Wonderful lake house!

Amazing views with the full lake, enjoyed the time at the house and out on the lake. The house was the best stocked of all the rentals we've been, it had everything you could need. Great communication with the hosts!

Best spot ever!!

This was a beautiful, clean property in a great neighborhood. House was spotless and the hosts were great. We had 4 adults and 5 kids, and had plenty of space to move around. Huge family room, tons of kitchen space and the kids had the whole downstairs to themselves. Tons of clean towels, comfy beds and every dish/pot/pan we could dream of. Will definitely book this place again!
