Châteaux à Key Biscayne

« Very Quiet place.As we arrived late, everything was already set up and we just had to go to the room to enjoy a good night of sleep. Leaving the snowy weather of Virginia, we arrived in a warm place, and the access to the private beach 5 minutes of walk from the hotel was very fine. The room is very-well equipped, the beds are confortable. I came to seek calm, warm and palm trees, everything has been fine. The place is easy to find, and the toll to access Key Biscaine is quite cheap ($1.75)....

« If you’d like to stay at the Ritz and enjoy the amenities at a discount this is a great option. You will certainly be paying enough at the hotel restaurants on top of parking and the resort fee so it’s great to save money on the room. It’s a great option for the price but just be aware the room could use a deep cleaning. The main issues were the bathtub drain is clearly blocked and drains slowly, the bathroom vent is disgusting and full of dust and the floor wiped up brown when we had a spill so...

« First of all, the photo you featured does not look anything at all like the actual appartment. The deco is outdated and the whole place looks and feels utterly depressing. Isolation is non-existent and air-conditioning extremely noisy. I asked for the "private beach" key at reception, but did not realize that this means actually trespassing on the Ritz Carlton property. It was ok for a night, but I would definitely not recommend for a longer stay. »

« We’ve stayed here a few times and love the location and space. I did have problems getting in touch with the owner about adding an additional day, so communication could be improved. Otherwise this is a lovely place to watch the sunrise. »
