Palaces à Key Biscayne

« A great value in the beautiful Ritz Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable with a private covered balcony overlooking the entrance of the Ritz Carlton from level 4. The host was extremely accommodating and also provided access to a free covered parking space. »

« The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot. There were no condiments. Coffee pot and filter with no coffee. Said it was supposed to be a two bedroom but clearly was not a two bedroom. Very disappointing!! Will not rent again »

« Excellent communications with James, our Host and attentive to our inquiries and needs. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again! Thank you ! »

« This unit was spacious, bright, and had wonderful views of the ocean and city skyline from every window. The comfort of an apartment with luxury hotel amenities offers the best of both worlds. James was also very responsive and polite. We will definitely be returning! »
