« The place was old and the windows were dirty. Then I found a small bug which I believe was a silverfish crawling in the mattress and one of the staff members was really nice when talked to in person and offered another room but another staff member hung up on me as I described the issue. I just went somewhere else and lost the money. You get what you pay for at this place. »

I also noticed that a painting was missing from the wall, only to later find it stored in the closet. « First of all, the photo you featured does not look anything at all like the actual appartment. The deco is outdated and the whole place looks and feels utterly depressing. Isolation is non-existent and air-conditioning extremely noisy. I asked for the "private beach" key at reception, but did not realize that this means actually trespassing on the Ritz Carlton property. It was ok for a night, but I would definitely not recommend for a longer stay. »
