« It was great to have a room at the Ritz Carlton without having to book through R-C. »

« A great value in the beautiful Ritz Carlton. The room was clean and comfortable with a private covered balcony overlooking the entrance of the Ritz Carlton from level 4. The host was extremely accommodating and also provided access to a free covered parking space. »

« Excellent communications with James, our Host and attentive to our inquiries and needs. We loved our stay and look forward to staying here again! Thank you ! »

« The air conditioner did not work. It was very hot. There were no condiments. Coffee pot and filter with no coffee. Said it was supposed to be a two bedroom but clearly was not a two bedroom. Very disappointing!! Will not rent again »

« This unit was spacious, bright, and had wonderful views of the ocean and city skyline from every window. The comfort of an apartment with luxury hotel amenities offers the best of both worlds. James was also very responsive and polite. We will definitely be returning! »

« Neighborhood is quiet and upscale with walking access to stores and restaurants. House is lovely and very well equipped. Outdoor pool and pergola with table and grill just made it perfect. »

« Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel lors de nos vacances à Miami cet été. L’hôtel est très agréable, propre et idéalement situé dans le quartier de Brickell. Le petit-déjeuner est également très sympa et permet de bien commencer la journée. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation ! »

« Personnel pas très agréable. Le voiturier qui a un prix grosse surprise »
