« Quaint, cozy, just right for an overnight stay. We were first time visitors to Charleston and we wanted something small and close to downtown. This place fit the bill! Super easy to get to, ultra quiet neighborhood. Checked ourselves in promptly at 4:00 pm per instructions and rested from all day walking. For a no worry night out, we had a ride-share from here to La Farfalle and back - just a fifteen minute ride for reservations at 5:30pm then back to the property by about 7:45pm. Host...

« Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. The bed was so.....comfy and the shower was wonderful. The property was very clean. The beach chairs were a nice feature. We will be back . »

« Great location between downtown Charleston and Folly beach. The house had everything we needed and the views of the sunset were perfect. The master had privacy on the third floor and two other bedrooms were on the second floor, with the living room, dining room and kitchen. I hope to come back again. Thank you for the memories! »

« The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close...

« We booked this home 9/19/25 - 9/27/25. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. It was spacious, had a great layout, in a quiet neighborhood, and well maintained.
