« Everything about this place was just fantastic! The cleanliness and the comfortability was amazing. The staff were so welcoming. I was immediately offered complimentary champagne which kicked off our stay! This hotel is in the heart of downtown so we were able to shop, eat and look around all within walking distance which is a plus! The rooftop bar was such a vibe! I would absolutely stay here again! »

« loved it for most of it... only small detail... no rooftop pool ;)) the general feel is splendid... very Mad Men... the location is ideal and thanks to the great Concierge service we enjoyed walking distance dining that was really a joy... perhaps the room service could be improved (the breakfast in room is far too expensive...) but the quality of the food in this hotel is very serious! well done to the Chef... even our last minute snack before we took our flight was lovely: try that home made...

However, we were very understanding about the lack of a bed for our queue despite a reservation for 3 people..., the lack of delivery of our breakfast on the first morning, which we had to take and pay for elsewhere, the lack of response to our 2 emails for clarification on parking and the progress of this famous first breakfast delivery, the absence of any commercial gesture for these shortcomings.... »
