Great communication with host. Great location! Close to historic Charleston sights and also local restaurants and shops. The property is beautiful and clean. The bed comfy. We plan to stay there again when in Charleston!

excellent weekend stay

perfect place for a long weekend girls trip! the apartment is much more spacious than the photos let on. it was very clean, the check in process was extremely smooth and the bed was extremely comfortable. also very walkable location!

Clean, funky, great neighborhood

The place was extremely clean, with great decor. We loved the record collection as well. A bunch of coffee shops, restaurants and even a little grocery store nearby. The walk down Spring Street to King St is gorgeous.

Wonderful Place

The property was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Just as described. Check-in/out were easy. Centrally located not far from King Street. Very nice place to stay. We will be back.

Noisy street

I liked the property but I would have liked my parking space closer. Late night passers by and loud vehicle noise very prominent but I guess it cannot be helped. Slightly strange set up where the person staying on the couch having to walk passed the main bedroom sleepers to use bathroom. Otherwise, very nice place!

nice neighborhood in charleston

very clean, easy to find, parking 1 1/2 blocks away. street noise and noisy cooling system made sleeping somewhat difficult. best for single or couple. short walk to free bus to downtown.

Great location! A nice walk to King St and other attractions.

This lovely unit was fully equipped and tastefully furnished/decorated. The furniture and bed were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. We loved the charm of this older home. We would definitely stay again at Garrett’s place!

Great Base Camp to Explore Downtown Charleston

Very nice upstairs apartment (coffee shop below) provided a great place to stay during our stay to Charleston. The appliances and amenities are all very nice and updated. It is in a relatively busy area, so there is some street noise. But, that is to be expected in the middle of the city.

Charleston Stay in March 23

We had a great time in Charleston in March 23. The apartment was on second floor and has an interesting layout, with the bedroom immediately inside the entrance. The bathroom is also right there so you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom from the living room and kitchen. We had to walk a block to the parking spot and that was unexpected. For our needs this place worked but might not be great for everyone.

Stay Stay!!

We had a great time and found the apt to be clean, roomy, and located in a district that seems to be up and coming!! Although we walk a lot )at 75) we think downtown a bit to far.. but guess what -there’s a free DASH bus 7 blocks away which worked out perfectly for us. There are great restaurants in the neighborhood! Thanks for the opportunity to stay! Linda and Tom

Nice spot

Clean and comfortable. Great record collection. Comfortable bed. A bit noisy from traffic, but my impression is that this is the case with most of these older places (I.e. windows, the kitchen is near new) in the downtown area.

My friend and I loved this property! Loved the decor, location and it was spotless! We enjoyed having the cafe downstairs for morning coffee and breakfast. The location is a little bit far if walking is a challenge (we both love walking so we were more than happy getting so many steps in daily) but getting Uber rides is easy and inexpensive. We both highly recommend this property!

Very clean and convenient

The condo was very clean and convenient to many restaurants and sightseeing areas of the city. The parking space was as advertised and was located in a safe area. I highly recommend staying here and will stay here again the next time I am in Charleston.

Coffee shop convenience

It was a perfect size apartment for the two of us. Loved that the coffee shop was directly below us (take note: they are closed M and T) for a convenient breakfast. You can walk to Market St, BUT it is a long walk (took us about a half hour and it was a fast-paced walk). Ubers are always readily available. Great communication with the host.
