« This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. « The front desk staff were kind. The room was very quiet as it was right at the pool, but they were able to animate us with another room on the 6th floor. Ocean view was nice. The cleanliness and overall quality of the room & building needs major improvements. Shower walls & toilet had hair on them, the mold issue is awful. The smell and causing excessive sneezing & poor ventilation. The hallways and elevator not very clean. »
