The breakfast hostess was not happy to be there. At 9:40 she gladly encouraged us to hurry up and eat because they stop serving at 10am. She really did not want to give me a cup for my waffle batter. She whined and complained every time anothe person came down to eat.

Bad day for front desk clerk?

JJ (I believe that was her name) was working at the front desk when we arrived. She looked angry and did not greet us. I sarcastically said to her "welcome and how are u today"? No smile she just stared at me. Next couple checked in, we heard them talking about her attitude when we were getting our bags out the car.

Really nice hotel BUT.........

Room 231 had hair in the bed, (possibly the cleaning lady because of the hair texture) the sofa bed mattress has SEVERAL stains, the extra sheets for the sofa bed were not fresh, so I had to go to the front desk for fresh linen. In addition, when checking in, my mom was not allowed to apply any discounts to her room because I set the reservation up online. (she is a AARP member). I am not going to blame James because he was very professional, but the reservation system left him helpless. He told us that he could not modified any reservations done online, which is a disservice to your guests that book collectively but pay separately. We had many other family members at the hotel at the same time and I'm sure we paid more than all of them. March-Mason, Langston, and Womack were all family that stayed there as well and we feel cheated on our price so this was not a positive customer experience for us. Thank you
