« Nice appartment, good location »

« The room key card only worked about one time out of ten. As a result, and with no lift available, we had to repeatedly go up and down the stairs to get it working. « Friendly welcome and lovely room. Lots of cosmetic work being done. The continental breakfast didn't really exist - I spotted some cornflakes but no milk. And some tea bags but no kettle. »

« Pas terrible »

We were then told that we had no choice but to be relocated to another hotel. The transfer itself was badly handled, as the...

« The room was clean and tidy. Everything you need was provided including kitchen appliances. One issue we had was noise on one of the nights. There was loud music and we could hear it late at night for a while. Not sure if it was the bar or another guest but sound does travel easily. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay. 👍 »
