« For 2 busy professionals, staying at this property was restorative, delightful and invigorating. We stopped by a local farm, rode bikes & played golf, rose to the sunrise over the water and took sunset photos on the dock (embarrasing but true) and enjoyed the local crab/seaside fare. It is a casual, rural setting with every detail considered and amazing host communication. A+ »

« We absolutely LOVED this place! We were vacationing with our two toddlers (ages 2&3) and my sisters family with her two toddlers (1&3) and this place was absolutely PERFECT! We could all still enjoy the beach while our kids were napping because everything was right there! No one had to haul anything to the beach, they had all the sand toys you could want, and more! One step off the porch and you’re in the sand! Loved it! And so did all the kids and adults!! Will definitely be staying again!! »

« We booked this bayside property for a short family vacation and the house and amenities were exactly what we needed during our time at Hays Beach. There were ample bedrooms and spaces for all of us to relax, the kitchen was well appointed. « First, this was a last minute booking, due to our inability to stay at our original rental. Becky was responsive to our needs so we could vacate our previous rental without delay. Next, what I loved about this property, and something you do not get very often is the amount of living, relaxing space there is in this rental. « We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! So much fun. The other outside features and accessories were also great. We had a nice fire in the firepit by the water, and did smores...

« The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly. »
