« Firefly cottage offers a clean and comfortable home away from home for me and my family. Ken and Pat are excellent hosts who truly care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. »

« This place was great and so close to everything- right in the heart of the town. We enjoyed the boat tour, CBMM, Foxy’s restaurant on the water, shopping, and didn't need to use our car. Beautiful tree-lined neighborhood made walking a breeze. The owner was quick to help with whatever we asked. We would stay here again. »

« Everything in the kitchen and bathroom had all wee needed to help us settle in. And the rooms were full of character and well presented. The location next to the path along the river was lovely. Excellent communication with our host. »

« We had a great stay and enjoyed this home right on the lake. The pictures and description matched the actual home. We loved the fire pit and the kayaks and paddle board, along with the beautiful view. We even saw a bald eagle in the yard. »

« We had a wonderful stay here! The house is beautiful and in a beautiful location and we loved using the kayaks and stand-up paddleboard! We will definitely be interested in staying here again! »

« Convenient amenities at Assateague Point, easy access to Assateague Island and OCMD. Everything in the unit was clean, in proper working order, and we had everything we needed for our family with young children. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Cute cabin in a quiet spot near the bay. Loved that you could hear the waves hitting the shore from the deck. »

« Wow. A great property with the most beautiful view. 270 degrees of Dogwood Harbor. Great privacy and solitude. Wonderful space with powerful AC even in 90+ degrees and humidity. Maria was a very responsive host answering questions within minutes of me contacting her. Her recommendations were spot on. We spent time on the river, at great museums, and a delicious food. I would highly recommend this place for a couple that wants a wonderful weekend away from the rat race. »

« The waterfront and porch are exactly what they should be for decompressing. The king bed is genuinely comfortable, and the place is well-stocked for a relaxing weekend. Clean, responsive host, pet-friendly, and at this price point it's a solid value if you're looking for a functioning waterfront base. One thing worth knowing upfront: Tina and her family live in the main house next door. They're considerate about the shared dock and property, and their friendliness is real, not performative. But...

« Lovely cottage with everything neededfor a small family — just pick up groceries on your way in. The entire area is quite festive around July 4th and locals celebrate with a fun parade in the morning and fireworks well into the night. Tall Timbers is probably best suited for guests with their own boat or a vehicle equipped to transport kayaks since immediate beach access isn't really available, but we still really enjoyed our stay and will consider returning to unwind in a cozy setting with...
