« The Dairy Barn is a beautiful large property set in an idyllic location but within easy reach of local amenities and attractions by car. Our group consisted of 6 adults and the 3 en-suite bedrooms were ideal. The kitchen is large and very well equipped and there was plenty of seating in all rooms, including the very comfortable lounge. Plenty of parking for 3 cars and room to store our bikes. Would thoroughly recommend. Sally was very helpful and on-hand should we need anything. »

« This house has such potential to be a great holiday home - the location is wonderful, the rooms are large and layout of the house is fab. However, upon arrival the house had clearly only had a very light clean. There was white dog hair everywhere and we had to clean the bath before using it. The shower tray didn’t drain when using it and there was a strong drainage smell in both bathrooms. The slats on the main bed were broken when we arrived but the agent sent someone to fix it straight away...

« We visited in early May, group of 4 friends. We decided to go without a car and used the train, foot ferry and buses. Very convenient location with a lovely walk into Ryde and also a regular bus service. The house is very clean and well equipped with spectacular views although it does have the idiosyncrasies of an older property, for example the showers could be a little temperamental. « Dear Mark, You do ask what you could improve for future guests in your nice house in Wootton Bridge : I think...nothing. The house is perfect for a retreat, well located, so easy to access from Fishbourne. It is perfect for any small group 2 to 4 people. The quality of the equipments, kitchen, bathroom, electronics... is top for such a rental, really, surprising. We felt at home hour 1. This is also coming from your kindness and attentions for our welcome : beakfast ingredients, fresh flowers......
