« Very friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped room with plenty of space. Only drawback was that it was right over the main bar. No A/C but fan provided and open windows allowed good cooling and airflow later in the evening. Staff allowed very early check in and provided a good vegan menu for lunch - both greatly appreciated. « Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right ! I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !! Ventnor is quiet and quaint . Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two . »
