Communication with the host was very good. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, and we can’t wait to return. »

« Sea Cottage is an attractive, well appointed two bedroomed cottage conveniently situated in Lymington. The road is quiet wirh plenty of parking. The house is small but is well appointed and equipped. The stairs are steep but there is support from two handrails, one wooden, one rope. It has a patio area to the rear, which could be improved by newer furniture, a tidy up and some weeding. »

« I scored 4 not 5 as when we pulled up outside the first impression looked as though it may be slightly run down. Once inside though it was all good, light and clean and had everything we needed. The outside space is lovely but could do with some maintenance and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all to sit outside easily. « We had a great time away with close friends at this property. Prior to booking this property we wanted to ensure that it fits all of our requirements. 4 bedrooms with ensuite, parking for 4 cars and close to Portsmouth. This property gave us all we wanted. We had a warm welcome upon arrival and shown around the property. Everyone enjoyed the time away. We will return to the Coach House as it fitted the requirements we wanted. « We stayed here for a weekend break, with 3 adults, a 4 year old and 19m old. Communication with jenny and Iain was fantastic from the booking to check out. Check in was really straightforward and we were welcomed with a few gifts and personal note. The accommodation was clean, spacious and homely. They provided us with a travel cot and mattress, high chair, kids tablewear/cutlery, toys and games. All the beds were comfy, the location is quiet and peaceful we all slept really well. »
