« The simplest summary is that we want to move in!!Beautiful house (bigger than expected!), spotless, wonderful host, fab location (close to Blackgang Chine, Tapnell Farm, Mottistone and the annual Chale Show) and topped off with views across fields to the sea - perfect sundown views too!Smart TV, wifi, hairdryers and bedding all made everything easier, and the flowers/milk/pie/cream etc were a wonderful welcome surprise.Thank you so much for having us - we'll definitely be back!! »

« This is our second year staying at The Beach House and we have already booked for 2026!! It is lovely to have a fully stocked kitchen, the use of a washer dryer and three bathrooms. The coffee machine is a special treat. We enjoy the space the property provides - it allows my husband to do his railroad modelling and to invite our grown up children to stay. The location is great, close to the beach and to the many good restaurants in Ventnor. We love the balcony and the views of the sea. ...

« The Grain store was perfect for our stay. The access to the Red Squirrel trail was a real bonus for dog walking. Ideal location for getting out and about and very comfortable accommodation. The Peacock wandering around was a surprise! »

« We had an excellent week in this beautiful cottage. Chantal was a fantastic host- responsive to our questions and with some good local recommendations too! The house is really beautifully kept, and makes the most of its relatively compact size. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was well appointed. No parking outside (exactly as described in the property listing) but I was always able to park on a nearby road within a 1-2 minute walk maximum. « Lovely apartment, with fully equipped kitchen and large, bright and stylish TV lounge. Literally a couple of minutes walk from the West Cowes ferry terminal, with a great choice of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.The apartment is at the rear of the property, so no street noise. If you intend to discover the island using public transport, the bus terminal is only a 5 minute walk away, situated next to the M&S food hall. Super friendly and helpful owner and manager. Hope to stay again. »

« The chalet was really nice with new and modern decorations. Sufficient of cookware and kitchen utensils. The location was perfect for the nearby beaches and local shops. The only downside was about the amount of toiletries. We had 4 people staying for 3 nights, but there were only 2 toilet rolls and tester-sized shampoo and shower gel. »
