Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out. « The property is on a development of similar accommodations. It was very quiet and not many properties were occupied. The listing stated it was next to a golf course, we didnt come across a golf course at all. There are no facilities on the site other than a laundrette. It was a bit of a ghost town to be honest. « Highly recommended beautiful house located in a lovely quiet road. The house has lots of room and is clean and bright. The house is fully equipped including indoor and outdoor games and is a great stay for families. A lovely well kept garden. The location is beautiful, clean and picturesque. Short walk to local shops and village pub. Walking distance to Bembridge beach. Local residents are friendly. We will definitely stay here again on another visit to the Island. »
