« Driving through green pastures and passing the lake, we arrived to a small paradise. As we walked up to the house, we saw the hot tub and fire pit. Walking into the small abode felt like we were in a small wonderland. The kids were ecstatic seeing the bunkbeds and the upstairs bedroom had an unexpected bonus- skylight. « Check in was good. Interior of property was great, anything you need for a stay was provided. Although if you plan on doing alot in a fry pan, you might want to bring a large one with you. Only negative was the outside area. Screened porch area ,that we hoped to enjoy, was dirty with cobwebs etc. Needed a good cleaning. No lights operable to boat enclosure down path to lake. Kayaks were unusable, needed pressure washing. I'd like to know if the boat that hasn't been registered since 2020 and...

« Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. It’s close to civilization but feels very remote. If you like to jog or walk in the mornings, it’s a great locale for that. The house needs some updates, so be aware of that if you’re looking for something that’s super modern. But, if you’re living lake life correctly, you don’t need to be in the house much.
