Maisons de ville à Clermont

« When I entered my room, I saw that the bathroom had not been cleaned. The manager quickly moved me to a new room, but didn't offer any rate reduction for the trouble. The wing where my new room was located was hot and stuffy. The rooms are not carpeted, but probably once were, because there is a gap of more than an inch under the door to the hallway, so it was hard to get my room cooled down. The property is conveniently located, but it's on a busy street and trucks were passing by all through...

« We were really pleased during our stay. One thing was parking is free but in the lot there were signs saying scan to pay for parking. There needs to be another sign saying if you are checked in to the hotel parking is free. That is for other people parking not hotel customers. »

« Nice hotel »

« Very nice and well maintained property. The staff was very courteous. I would definitely stay again. »

« Most unpleasant experience ever. Noise and SO dirty : dirty sheets and towels, spit in the tub / probably "not cleaned" by Pochaontas because of the long black hair everywhere »

« Gigi at the front desk was especially helpful. The property was clean and the rooms were nice. The only thing I would say negatively is the rooms need a sofa. There is nowhere to sit except for 1 chair and the bed. »

« Hotel neuf.
