● Private Pool: This home features an in-ground pool that is 4ft deep with a spacious patio for lounging.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed.

● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

The home features 2 beautiful kitchens, well-equipped for preparing delicious meals while enjoying the bay views through the large dining area.

Rest and relaxation are easy to find with a variety of sleeping options. Two bunk rooms provide plenty of sleeping for the entire family and the other bedrooms feature comfortable beds.

Step outside and discover your own waterfront oasis! Hang out by the bay for fishing or simply enjoying the water. Make a splash in the refreshing pool, then soak up the sun on the spacious deck. Fire up the grill for a delicious BBQ.

Venture outside to find the Kemah Boardwalk in walkable distance. The Boardwalk features attractions, stores, and restaurants and being so close make planning your visit to Kemah a breeze. This vacation home has something for everyone, making it the ideal place to create lasting memories!

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 14 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
