Upon entering the hotel, I was immediately impressed by the pleasant aroma and pristine condition of the property. The gentleman who assisted me with check-in demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness. I subsequently required a room and floor change, and he handled this request with remarkable accommodation and professionalism. Both rooms I occupied were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The second room, in particular, was excellent, with the sole exception of the bathtub drainage. Following each shower, water would accumulate, which was a minor inconvenience. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep experience. However, I would note that the bed's firmness, coupled with a solid box spring, could potentially become uncomfortable over extended periods. It is worth mentioning that standard rooms with windows do not allow for ventilation, which can occasionally lead to stale and dry air. Fortunately, my room featured a balcony, providing access to fresh, circulating air. I would certainly consider staying here again, primarily due to the outstanding service at the front desk and the consistent cleanliness of the accommodations.
