« Clean rooms inland a friendly staff. »

« The staff was so nice to us. My brother and I were with our family in town for a funeral. We got in late as we drove from New York and they allowed us to check in at 330am. I called ahead and they remembered my name. When we got there, they were so accommodating and knew who we were. I am so glad I picked this place and the rooms were clean. The staff was the greatest. Thank you for being wonderful to us as we were dealing with a sad situation. »

« I often have a lot of trepidation about staying at hotels without knowing how comfortable their beds are. Most of the time I wake up with a lot of back pain and just don't feel comfortable. I slept in a full size bed and was very comfortable. The check-in people were friendly, and the room was clean. The hotel was extremely quiet. I have zero complaints. »

« Two-night stay while attending a multi-day sports event at Now Arena. The hotel is conveniently located and a very nice property overall. Front desk service was excellent. The room was spacious and clean. Only complaint was the in-room wi-fi was very weak that I relied on cellular data to stream video on my devices. The pool is nice, but the fitness room (which I used) is cramped for the amount of equipment they have. Bennigan’s is a decent restaurant. Lastly, it is a safe and secure building....

« It was good lamp shade was crooked, other than that perfect. »

« Poor breakfast options. We had to go elsewhere and pay for a better breakfast. I would not have minded paying more for a good breakfast at the hotel. One day they forgot to clean our room, they say because we had a no disturb sign at the door, bit this was not true. »
