Every detail has been considered—from stylish furnishings to an exceptional layout that meets the highest accessibility standards. With three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, this is a home where comfort and practicality shine. Cook with ease in the fully equipped kitchen, entertain outdoors with the electric BBQ, or unwind in the light-filled living space.
Set on a single level and built with maximum accessibility in mind, the home features three beautifully furnished bedrooms with queen beds and three generous bathrooms—each private and well-appointed. Two of the bathrooms are designed for full accessibility with step-free showers, grab rails, and open space for easy movement. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, stone benchtops, a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook at home. The open-plan living and dining area connects seamlessly to a private outdoor patio with alfresco dining and an electric BBQ. The home also includes a separate laundry and internal access to a secure garage for off-street parking.
Guests have full access to the property. There are no shared spaces or areas that are off-limits during your stay.

A car is recommended for getting around Old Beach and exploring the wider Hobart area. The property includes secure garage parking and is just a 20-minute drive to Hobart CBD.
