MY Grandson's 21th birthday. (Twins)
Rented home accommodating 12-15 family members. I live in Shipyard. When arriving and carrying numerous containers, bags.... needed a drink in the heat. NO ICE in fridge when arriving. Took pictures of everything in my complaint. 1) COFFEE MUGS. 4 of them for 12 coffee drinkers. Cappuccino cups can't hold 12 ounces. 2) NO cereal bowls. Your dinnerware doesn't work. 3) LACK OF ALL Kitchen Utensils. It's as if everything was removed when putting the house up for sale. Couldn't hardly cook in the 7 nights I paid for. Empty kitchen. 4) DRYER- took 3 (85) minute settings to dry items. A house for 20 cannot even dry towels. 5) GRILL-TOOLS-NONE. PUT food on and NOTHING to use while grilling. Really?6) (ALL fans on same circuit). One light on at 3 am all lights on REALLY?7) HORNETS-everywhere. Master bedroom hornets under railing. Videos taken. It's called extermination. Look it up.8) ANT ISSUES everywhere in the unweeded backyard. 9) MASTER BEDROOM- NO table outside to place coffee or book on. No fans. In 100 degrees how can you even sit outside the MB comfortably. 9) NO VACUUM WHATSOEVER 7 days/8 days with broom? That helps with sand, dirt.....10) NO MOP WHATSOEVER-had to live in filth entire time. 11) WIFI- NO PROTECED PW and couldn't hook up if we tried. NO STREAMING ON ANY TELEVISION. WASTE12) NO BEACH EQUIPMENT. (4)chairs and nothing else. 13) NO HEATED POOL 14) STAINS ON MB RUG AND DIRTY SOCKS ON BENCH not ours NOTHING HOMEYABOUT THIS RENTAL SO UPSET
