« We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! There had been NO COMMUNICATION with me on this reservation after I paid the rental fees. So, imagine my SURPRISE when arriving I find out they CANCELLED our reservation...

« Overall very good place to stay with family/friends either for a week or a weekend away. The property manager was very polite and sorted any issue I had very quickly and efficiently and even allowed us an extra 30 minutes to check out which my family are very grateful for.
