« Frankly the worst Hilton I think existing. Rooms and furniture straight out of the 60s at best. Doors so tired, tiling with mold here and there, carpet you’d rather walk while wearing socks. « Het hotel ligt centraal ten opzichte van bijvoorbeeld harry potter studios, maar ook Londen ben je zo met de trein en metro. Kamer is zonder airco, wel 2 ventilatoren op de kamer maar kan niet goed luchten doordat raam niet echt goed open kan. Kamer was goed, wel gedateerd en doordat je niet goed kunt luchten natuurlijk ook schimmel en afbladderende verf met name op de badkamer. Personeel is uiterst vriendelijk, niks lijkt ze teveel.
