"Digital door keys worked perfectly and you didn't have to put one in some silly holder before switching the lights on. My only improvement suggestion would be to invest in a second coffee machine. Queuing for coffee every morning is no fun."

"We can recommend this hotel unreservedly. Staff went out of their way to help us with our problems and make us comfortable. We first had to change our reservation due to the train strike and Joey took care of that, next we wanted twin instead of double beds and Emily took care of that. Everytime ..."

"Great apartment just 5 mins walk to the pier with all of its attractions. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. If I was going to Clacton again I would have no hesitation in staying here."
