« The place was lovely and went beyond expectations! The staff were all polite and friendly and went out of their way to bring a room service call(i believe his name was Alfie) nothing was too much for him and he was super polite and efficient for all the time we wrre there. »

« We stayed here due to a wedding at nearby Bruisyard. It was a lovely stay and I couldn’t fault it, a beautiful setting full of nature and a very well preserved property. Liz was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage and car off earlier than check in; we also came down to a very very nice breakfast with something for everyone. »

« I had made a mistake when booking the room, i booked a 'snug'. With two Golden Retrievers - a big mistake. Management were great and found us an outside room that was more suited. Loved the staff, other customers and the people in general. Felt the history. »
