« We enjoyed a pleasant stay »

« The property was clean. George and Jordan were very welcoming. There was a choice of continental breakfast or cooked breakfast. Parking is free. We were really happy with our king room, there is a shower, toilet, sink and bath in our room. The bedroom is very big, wardrobes. Two very Happy customers and will definitely be back there again. »

« Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. « Christina has literally thought of everything you could possibly need on a break away. The cottage was very well stocked with essentials even down to a sewing kit, torches and umbrella. The biscuits and wine was very much appreciated after our long journey. The cottage was clean and very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and bathroom stocked with essentials too. Great base for seeing Suffolk. Do not hesitate to book this gem. »

« Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious »

« Very pleasant. »

« Very enjoyable stay. Excellent staff led by John the general manager, whose welcome is friendly and genuine. Top marks. Room comfortable if slightly very cramped . Excellent breakfast that used fine local ingredients. Dinner was good too, but a few of the dishes just need a little more finesse to make the Michelin guide. Overall, strongly recommended thanks to John and his team. »

« Had a lovely one night stay in the beautifully decorated and accessorised accommodation. Bed very comfortable, every comfort you could wish for provided. Peaceful, provided breakfast in patio garden when we saw a deer slowly walk through front garden. What a treat! Recommended! »

« The cottage was perfect and made more so by seeing a kingfisher while walking by the river one morning »
