« Great place, clean and quiet!! »

« We will be staying here again! Ohmygoodness. I do not normally write reviews, but this was such a great experience, it deserves it. This place is dog friendly/dog welcoming .... they had food and water bowls, a spare leash, tennis ball and doggies bags for us.... and the location was perfect. It is right on the beach, just a minute from the Homer Spit (by vehicle). Being on the beach allows for walking for in the morning, night, or afternoon to be enjoyable and full of wildlife. « We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. »
