Les + : Customer service, quiet, good location with lots of restaurant choices.
Had a travel day from hell and when arrived at hotel I realized I made a typo on Expedia and it was the wrong night. No problem for the hotel, but Expedia had trouble making the correction. Hotel staff was professional, persistent, cordial and kept calling and talking the Expedia agent through the issue until it was corrected. The hotel clerk saved me money, trouble and showed five star customer service. In addition the hotel is clean, located walking distance to stores and restaurants with airport shuttle. I will stay there again. Best customer service I've seen in 6 months. My only worry is they will be discovered and become so popular that I won't be able to get a reservation on my next trip!

No hot water

We had a mostly great stay, but we had no hot water the entire four days! When I mentioned it at checkout the desk clerk told me it was because there were so many people staying there for the Pearl Jam concert. We were there Saturday through Tuesday and didn't get a single hot shower. In fact, the water wasn't even lukewarm. Just freezing. It was miserable for myself, my husband, and our three very young children. Other than that this was a great stay! I just have a hard time believing the water temperature was so bad because the hotel was full. I've stayed in dozens of hotels, and I have never heard of that.

nice place to stay close to the airport

Situation : plenty of places to eat
they sent a shuttle to pick me up at the airport, had the room ready. fed me breakfast in the morning and snacks in the afternoon. gave me clean towels, took me back tom the airport. the manager helped me get my computer working.

Bare Necessities

That's it , nothing more. Bed was comfortable, only stayed 2 nights because Marriott , Hilton, and Hyatt booked. I don't plan to use this hotel again.

Very nice hotel staff and customer service the 5-7 hordervies were good and additional value not expected. Room and hotel were clean

We liked this hotel very much except: (1)The bed was so close to the heating/cooling unit that you couldn't get out of bed on that side. and (2) There were no towel racks (why are all the hotels doing that??)
