This is a great resort! Nice staff, great rooms, nice pools. The food was excellent! The only thing we noticed were the ants. Many ants, and also in our room.

La struttura è stupenda, le camere accettabili, i ristoranti sono al top forse unico neo la spiaggia.

- liegen am pool waren immer bestzt, obwohl keine leute am pool - umgebung von hotel noch zuwenig restaurants, bars, eisdielen etc. - personal im hotel ganz hervorragend, extrem freundlich

Schönes Hotel, allerdings sehr groß . Besonders geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Bis nach Chania sind es ca.15 km und mit dem Auto ca .20. Minuten Fahrzeit. Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Unser Zimmer lag ruhig, hatte leider nur eine Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche.

The place was lovely. Most guests purchase some sort of all-inclusive package for the family and don’t leave the property for anything. That is too bad since there is too much nearby. The hotel was lovely but our air conditioning failed the last night and no one had expertise to fix it. So that was very unpleasant.

Beautiful resort, unfortunately nothing we wanted. According to hotels website it was close to old port. That was not the case. It was 18 miles away!! If you are a family with children wonderful, but not for us.

The hotel is nice but to may noise from children and the keep housing, everyday I jumped the bed due the high noise in the corridors from children and the guys responsible to the clenan. Is a good place if you have children, not good to rest and relax
